Domes Aulus Zante Review
Sitting on a Natura-protected nesting ground of the loggerhead sea turtle, prepare to witness profound beauty. Lie in the grass beneath the pine forest that gives the turquoise Ionian it’s vivid color. Take cooling dips in shallow crystal waters and experience rare marine life encounters. With nearby, vibrant villages close enough to walk to, and just far enough to allow for peaceful relaxation, this magical strip of beach is admittedly Zante’s prime location.
The pool’s a rectangular number between the hotel and the beach. There’s a wide terrace fringed with loungers and white linen parasols, and a bar that serves drinks late into the evening.
The evening entertainment includes barbecue nights*, Greek nights, live music and shows by the pool. Teens can play arcade games, pool and pinball in Lanolia restaurant at certain times, too. Eco-conscious kids can plant their own greens, herbs and flowers under the watchful eye of the hotel's sustainability experts. There's a kids' club, too, with a whole host of activities on the table.
There's a lengthy list of activities on the agenda, including tennis*, ping pong* and pool*. Watersports* are on the cards at the beach, too.
The spa's* open daily for pampering sessions – think facials, massages and body wraps. There's a gym here, too, if you fancy a workout. Hit the treadmill in the adults-only gym, or do a spot of strength training using the bench press and free weights.
Dining
The main restaurant serves big buffets with a Mediterranean flavour – think authentic Greek dishes alongside seafood and salads. For Greek fare like gyros and souvlaki, there's a brand-new canteen-style place. Three more restaurants complete the line-up – a Greek meze place, a buffet-and-barbecue joint, and an Italian à la carte.
Monachus Restaurant

Lianolia's a contemporary restaurant that faces the beach. And it's open daily serving a buffet for lunch and BBQ at dinner, including specialty burgers, vegetarian options and salads. It's open 5 times a week and a reservation is required for dinner. Smart evening attire is required, gentlemen are requested to wear long trousers or elegant Bermuda shorts.
Pitta Canteen - Greek street food

Greek street food is on the menu with dishes like pitta wraps with a twist, gyros, souvlaki, vegan gyros and traditional Greek dips. It's open three times per week and smart evening attire is required, gentlemen are requested to wear long trousers or elegant Bermuda shorts.

A la carte dining is available at Meze, Trattoria Italian, Lianolia and Pitta Canteen, just so you know you'll need a reservation for dinner.
